The role will involve delivering learning to our management teams, and colleagues across the whole of the UK, so extensive travel may be required, for which a car/allowance will be provided. Whilst we are flexible on your base location, it would be preferableif you are situated within 100 miles or 2 hours' drive of Chesterfield as that is where the team regularly meets. We are on the lookout for a Management & Leadership facilitator to join our team and help us deliver our award winning programme of face to face and virtual learning events to our management and leadership teams, along with supporting leaders to drive highperformance in their teams. This is senior professional role, where you’ll need a depth of experience and expertise in leadership and management development.
