Property Surveyor

**Due to internal promotion we are looking to recruit an experienced Property Surveyor to join the team for a housing organisation in Birkenhead.**
**Offering a fantastic salary of £39k with a 2 year fixed contract, agile working from home options, wellbeing activities including a onsite gym and free onsite parking**

**What will you be doing as a Property Surveyor?**:

- As an experienced property surveyor you will use your great co-ordination skills to manage multiple contracts and tenders
- You will take the lead and implement work streams to meet the requirements and complete projects within the timescales required
- Enjoy using your great numeracy skills to cost up jobs and plan ahead on required actions if jobs needs advancement above budgets
- Planning of cyclical and responsive maintenance programmes in line with the asset management strategy
- Surveying of properties to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Using your great communication skills to liaise with contractors, site workers as well as other internal managers and departments
- You may also have experience in working with the NATFED housing schedule
**What skills and experience will you need as a Property Surveyor?**:

- You are extremely organised and have great time management skills
- Enjoy taking the lead and able to hit the ground running
- Have worked in Building Surveying, Project Management, Site work or Contract work roles
- You LOVE using your communication skills to liaise with contractors and organise tenders within the property/building sector
- Have has experience working in Housing, Local Authority or Social Housing

**Qualifications**:

- BTEC (Level 3)
- HNC, HND, BSc (property Related)
- CLOB, CIBSE, RICS or equivalent
