Cohaesus is a collection of businesses focused on technology services. We are growing through acquisition. Started in 2020 we are now a £5m turnover group with operations in the UK, Poland and India. We are looking for a book keeper to join our team in Hurn and help us on our growth journey.

**Requirements**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Bank reconciliations for several accounts in different currencies
- Processing purchase and approving invoices in Xero, including matching invoices to purchase orders
- Keeping purchase and sales ledgers up to date and accurate
- Preparation and submission of VAT Returns on a quarterly basis
- Processing payroll
- Credit checking clients and completing supplier forms
- Processes expenses
- Using international payment system for overseas payments
- Credit card control
- Maintaining invoice forecast for each company

**Experience**:

- Good with Xero
- At least 2 years experience as a book keeper
- Commercially aware and understand the business impact of your role
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**About You**
- You like to keep things simple, no need to over complicate
- You are happy with video calls
- You are happy to work from our amazing offices in Hurn
- You understand the importance of process and will enjoy following our ISO 9001 standards;
- High level of IT. We use Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack, and many others - so you need to be comfortable picking unfamiliar tools up - we don’t have an IT dept to lean on.
- Attention to detail and highly organised, able to work on your own initiative
