General Builder

**General Builder / Multi-Tradesman**

Malcolm Waite Limited is an independent family owned and operated motor trade business which has been established in Sandwich and Deal & Dover since 1976.

We are currently looking for a skilled, experienced and certified general builder / multi-trade to join our payroll on a regular basis and complete the varying building tasks we have.

We have plans to build, plumb, roof, re-wire and extend the premises and we require an experienced 'pair of hands' to complete the works for us and can offer someone looking for a regular wage and pension to join us

**Brief Job Description**
- To build, project manage and coordinate the development of new builds and projects
- To maintain the current sites (repair, cut grass, sweep, landscape, dig, rod, roof etc)
- To brick, lay, plumb, wire, floor, sign etc
- To clean sites and facilities
- To drive and collect customers and vehicles as and when required
