**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business who are looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Technicians on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Park Royal (London) depot.
The Vehicle Technician isn't an ordinary Mechanic position. This position will provide an opportunity to work on some fantastic emergence services vehicles and enhance your mechanical knowledge on the wider spectrum in addition to offering exceptional careeradvancement opportunities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Service, maintain and repair vehicles components and accessories in line with company, client and/or manufacturer’s instructions.
- Removal and refitting in a safe, proper and economical manner using equipment provided.
- Diagnose faults and test vehicles utilising equipment available and using recognised test procedures and techniques.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to the required standard.
- Remain up to date with the latest vehicle technology and changes by attending Company training programmes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- City & Guilds or NVQ levels 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
- Proven working experience with a manufacturer or dealership
- Ability to obtain Metropolitan Police Standard clearance
- An understanding of the manufacturer warranty process
- Experience using diagnostic machines and understanding of diagnostic processes
- You must be able to achieve the appropriate level of NPVV1 Security Clearance
