The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy, and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.

We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health, and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate and health.

These challenges need the bold science we support, but they won’t be solved by science alone.

We are recruiting for an Associate Director, Reward & Wellbeing to join the People Leadership team and lead the Reward & Wellbeing Team. There is a busy reward agenda, with delivery of the annual reward calendar for Wellcome and the investment team and a focus on integrating the wellbeing offer to better support colleagues to deliver on Wellcome’s mission.

This is an exciting time to join a successful organisation that genuinely makes a difference

in the world in the most positive sense and with a new CEO coming on board there will be more exciting change and development across the group. The People function is well resourced and led and operates as a true partner to the business.

Our Hybrid Way of Working

We are currently working 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our Euston Road offices (as part of our hybrid Ways of Working) with the remaining 3 days from home.
