Be the first point of contact for customer following delivery of their new vehicle.

Keeping track of all customers who are outstanding resolutions.

Update customers along every step of their journey with us.

Liasing and co-ordinating with suppliers, repairers are workshops.

Focused on great customer outcomes and service.

Be comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers on the telephone and also where needed electronically.

Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have an eye for detail and accuracy.

While not essential experience, in a vehicle dealership or a knowledge of vehicles makes and models would be an advantage.

If successful you will be joining a team who have won numerous manufacturer awards and also an Automotive Management Dealer of the Year winner and the prestigious Fleet News Fleet Dealer of year award two years running.

**Location** - Johnsons Fleet Services Central Office - Tamworth

**Salary** - Basic salary and bonus package OTE £25,000

**Hours** - Monday to Friday, 09:00 am until 5:00 pm

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
