The ePAD Officer role will sit within the Placements team which provides student and programme support for all pre-registration Nursing and Midwifery programmes, and programmes in Radiography, Optometry and Speech and Language Therapy, under the guidance of the School’s Head of Academic Services.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will focus on the ePAD, which is an online platform that enables students, together with practice staff and academics, to complete all the forms associated with practice assessment and record practice hours. The ePAD officer will be responsible for uploading placement allocations onto the ePAD, ensuring smooth runnings of online training sessions, as well as fielding and answering student queries. In addition, they will provide regular and ad hoc data/reports to staff and Trust Partners when required. Please see the JD for a full breakdown of responsibilities.

**Person Specification**:
The successful applicant will be educated to A Level or equivalent and/or have equivalent experience in a similar role, preferably in Higher Education. A good working knowledge of IT packages (including MS Office) is required along with previous administrative experience in an office base role. Excellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and prioritisation of varied workload are essential. They will also have excellent time management and organisational skills with a customer centred approach in their ability to communicate both written and oral. The assimilation and analysis of information from various sources and layouts to produce meaningful results is also desirable.
