Administrator/finance Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator/finance assistant to join us at Kids Around the Clock Ltd
This role we have 2 part time positions, the hours are as below:
Monday to Friday from 7am - 1pm and a 1pm-7pm - 30 hours a week; for each position hourly pay could increase dependent on experience and qualifications.
We’re seeking a passionate, friendly team member to become one of our friendly faces in our front office at KATC
Kids Around the Clock is a family run business that has been providing high-quality childcare services since 2000 and our team has a vast amount of experience in the Early Years sector.
As one of the leading providers of childcare services in Manchester, we value the voices of our children, parents, carers and staff, and take their suggestions onboard at Kids Around the Clock.

**Requirements**:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must have the ability to set boundaries and maintain a professional appearance at work.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with administrative functions of the finance department as well as human resources.
- Representing the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls and ensuring an accurate message is conveyed to internal staff
- Maintain building security by following procedures and controlling business access and monitoring the visitor log sheet
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person/area of the nursery and announcing them appropriately
- Receive daily mail/delivery/couriers and ensure the relevant person gets the items
- Manage the calendars e.g. scheduling meetings and/or appointments when requested
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Provide ongoing administration support to the management team and financial controller
- Maintain/update children’s data and staff data
- Register new children
- Take payments
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
