We have a great opportunity for a Senior IT Analyst to join our team with a focus on Network and Telecommunications. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for overseeing system installations, as well as monitoring and maintaining Saputo Dairy UK's serversand evaluating new server hardware and software. **YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY**
- Participating in the planning, designing, configuration and deployment of company LANs, WANs, Voice, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, UPSs, PDUs and other hardware to ensure that the network meets company performanceand availability requirements.
- Daily operational maintenance of existing network infrastructure (SDWAN, ZScaler, Infoblox, ISE, Wireless, SolarWinds, etc.).
- Designing, planning and troubleshooting network related problems in an enterprise environment with expertise in Cisco Routers, Switches, NGFW, Intrusion Prevention (IPS) and web filtering.
- Liaising with vendors for new hardware and software acquisitions and keep appropriate maintenance agreements current and effective.
- Collaborating with global and regional teams to deliver IT or business projects, providing expert advice to other initiatives relying on network & infrastructure services including mentoring of IT teams.
- Playing a key role in maturing the network systems in the areas of routing, switching, security, collaboration, wireless, physical data centre standards and monitoring systems.
- Performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and escalating issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary, to maintain system performance to meet user demand.
- Reducing operational risk and improving availability of the overall infrastructure by ensuring access, monitoring, control, evaluation, and documentation practices are maintained and adhered to.
- Evaluating new system hardware and solutions and monitoring the market for emerging technology.
- Collecting and analysing operational data (especially incident and change records) to identify emerging trends and log problem records to assist with problem resolution and increased network availability.

**YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE**
- Able to demonstrate previous network experience ideally within an FMCG environment.
- Experienced in working with relevant technologies in a support and project capacity. This includes:

- working with Azure Cloud networking or equivalent
- experience with Routing & Switching, SDWAN expertise would be an asset
- TCP/IP stack, Ethernet, BGP, OSPF EIGRP, QOS, DHCP, IPAM
- Cisco ISR routers, Cat 9xxx, 3850's, 4500's, Nexus 9k, NGFW
- Knowledge of WIFI, Dot1x, Web proxy, and other network security infrastructure/monitoring tools
- A good communicator and able to build strong relationships (this will include IT teams in the UK, globally and across the wider business).
- Able to understand and document business technical requirements and system specifications.
