**Admin Assistant**

Are you an experienced Administrator or recent Graduate looking for an opportunity to kick start your career within an office environment, working for a growing organisation that will enable you to develop and offer stability?

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who is capable of Proactively managing customer needs and expectations, building effective communication with clients and the internal departments to ensure customer demands are met. The role will involve supporting the sales and supply chain team on a wide range of administrative tasks which will include, Demand analysis, driving process improvements, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demand Analysis on a 13-week horizon using forecasts, sales, capacity and demand plans.Ensure customer and business plans are aligned

Highlighting potential supply risks or opportunities
Proactively using analysis to ensure smooth operation
- Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly demand review meetings with customers
- Active member of the team, driving process Improvements
- Manage customer Inventory to ensure correct stock coverage, including slow moving stock, new designs and obsolescence
- Monitoring of forecast accuracy and working closely with customers to meet targets
- Managing day to day customer call off requirements ensuring all requirements are met on time. This includes SAP administration of orders & returns etc but also working closely with key stake holders and the sales director to ensure all orders are met within customer SLA's
- Updating/issuing of reports, including stocks reports, ATM models and capacity and demand overviews.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with Key customers and with the various internal departments.
- Administration duties as required in a normal Supply and Demand environment.

SKILLS
- Highly customer focused with excellent communication skills.
- Education Level: 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English at C Grade or above.
- MS Office - good working knowledge of Word/ Excel /Powerpoint.
- A flexible approach to work content in-line with day to day requirements.
- Evidence of self-motivation, an ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail is essential.
- Proven proactive approach
