**Purpose**:
We seek a Part Time Human Resources Administrator to join our growing group of companies and provide administrative support to our HR department. By contributing your skills and expertise, you will help us foster a thriving work environment.

**Job Overview**:
As our Human Resources Administrator, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment and onboarding, managing employee records and documentation, supporting employee benefit programs, handling employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and coordinating training programs.

**The Package**:

- £23,000 - £25,000 (full time equivalency at 37 hours per week) (Between £13,986 - £15,202 pro rata)
- 22.5 Hours per week (equivalent to 3 days per week but open to flexible working to suit personal requirements)

**Key Responsibilities**:
As our Human Resources Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
- HR Records Management
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Generating timely reports and analytics based on HR data.
- Benefits Administration
- Supporting employee benefit programs and assisting employees with inquiries and enrollments.
- Leave and Attendance Management
- Managing employee leave requests, tracking attendance, and ensuring policy adherence.
- HR Policy Implementation
- Assisting in communicating and implementing HR policies across the organisation.
- Employee Relations Support
- Handling employee relations matters, organising engagement activities, and addressing employee queries.
- Compliance and Legal
- Ensuring HR practices comply with laws and regulations, assisting in audits and policy updates.
- Training and Development Support

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Coordinating training programs and maintaining relevant records.
- Previous experience in HR administration (preferred) or any administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
