**Job Title**: Site Administrator
**Type**: Fixed term for 1 year

**Salary**: from £22,672 per annum depending on skills & experience
**Location**: The Spencer Group, c/o Knauf (St Helens), Stafford Road, St Helens, WA10 3LZ
**Hours**: 40 hours per week

**As a Site Administrator you will be expected to work as part of an administrative team to provide support to your site colleagues.**

**This position is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 months with a view to being made permanent.**

**Responsibilities**
- Completing site deliverables and upload on SOS
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Word processing documents, such as letters, presentations and reports
- Processing and checking invoices
- Staff & Labour Only timesheets
- Create and maintain filing systems and databases
- Upload all site documentation to an online system
- Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues in all aspects of administration
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Person Specification**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to be courteous but firm when dealing with difficult customers
- Ability to prioritise your work load
- Strong numeracy and IT Skills
- You must be a team player and have a flexible attitude
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Flexible approach
- Willingness to travel as required throughout UK
- Full UK driving license

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience of working on site is desirable
