Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **Inverness branch** to develop and grow an existing **warm Industrial desk supplying temporary staff **to clients.
As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week.** **This will be based in Aberdeen for the first week for training and thereafter will be office based in Inverness on a Wednesday and Thursday and home based for the remaining working week.**
We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.
**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Inverness will be**:
- Proactively developing new and existing industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business sales call and marketing activities working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary industrial employees
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
