**Marketing Administrator**

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Instore Marketing Administrator to join our clients dynamic team on a contract basis. As the Instore Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of monthly promotional campaigns for our clients stores You will be responsible for various production-related tasks, as well as providing support to new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments. Additionally, you will contribute to key events support, collaborating with different departments to stage in-store walk-arounds and annual roadshow/conference events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Buying and Merchandising teams to deliver monthly promotional campaigns, including the production of in-store point of sale (POS) materials and price ticketing.
- Establish and adhere to robust proofing and checking processes, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy in complex ticketing operations.
- Compile spreadsheets, generate reports, raise purchase orders, format communication packs, and liaise with Retail Operations and other relevant stakeholders.
- Take ownership of checking the monthly file pack of POS delivered to BQ (print supplier), promptly reporting any anomalies and overseeing installation at BQ.
- Act as the primary contact for stores through the POS platform and HelpMarketing Inbox, managing browser-based ordering system for POS.
- Manage and maintain POS, including authorizing store orders, monitoring/reporting on out-of-stock items, tracking store budgets, and liaising with vendors for system updates.
- Prepare inventories for new/store refits, ensuring timely orders for all POS requirements, collateral, and merchandise equipment.
- Handle ad-hoc requests related to store openings, occasionally providing on-site support during setup.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct in-store walk-arounds for major promotions, such as Peak.
- Work closely with other departments to contribute to the staging of two annual roadshow/conference events, assisting with event setup and collateral management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in production coordination or a similar role within the retail industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and generating reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests.
- Flexibility to occasionally attend sites and assist with store setups.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
