Are you a skilled marine outfitter or shipwright with a track record of excellence in luxury boat building? We're offering exceptional opportunities for shipwrights who excel in the superyacht industry.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Undertaking general shipwright tasks, particularly in exterior outfitting
- Contributing to interior deckhead fitting
- Installing external fittings such as winches, cleats, windows, catches, and hatches
- Proficiency in teak deck installation and caulking decks
- Fitting stanchions and ladders
- Bonding various materials with a solid understanding of preparation techniques
- Expertise in fitting deck hatches, including knowledge of hinges, gas rams, and seals
- Demonstrable skills in composite lamination and small molding
- Previous experience working in the luxury yacht industry
- Equipped with your own hand and battery tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with quality processes and the ability to follow instructions diligently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £23.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- boat building: 7 years (required)
- marine: 7 years (required)
