**The role**:
As a prepper/polisher, your role involves readying vehicles for smart repairs and meticulously polishing all inventory to ready them for sale. Your focus will be on attaining top-tier quality standards while prioritising safety throughout the process. Possessing technical expertise and maintaining a professionalism, you will adeptly meet efficiency and productivity targets established by the Bodyshop Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepping and polishing of vehicles, to a high standard.
- Undertake the exterior polishing of vehicles using the correct materials and tools.
- Ensure there are no defects on work produced.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
