We’re looking for a driven, passionate and experienced team leader who can join our leadership team to lead and support our brilliant team and business. Our team leaders are responsible for guiding great shifts and inspiring our great team to deliver our great service and fantastic products to our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**

Acting as a key holder you'll lead a variety of shifts. You may be freshly preparing our in-house made breakfast and lunch options and cookies and setting every shift up for success with clear communication of goals and expectations; or you may be leading by example by crafting the best coffee around and relentlessly give a great experience to our customers and team
- coaching our team where necessary and praising a job well done.

**What we’re offering**:
Competitive pay (up to £12.06 per hour with training (reviewed annually) and part time contract of 15 hours per week with the possibility to increase upon experience. Inspired by Icelandic simplicity we’re a place for great coffee, fresh food and brilliant service. Our small and hardworking team have a combined experience of over 50 years in hospitality and are passionate about delivering great speciality coffee culture to our of city communities.

**A bit about you**

You’ll have a proven record of being trustworthy, flexible and reliable and already display characteristics in line with our company values.

You’ll have experience of working in a small team and proven experience of leading a team to deliver results and managing performance. You’ll have a desire to share responsibility because as you’ll know, it’s about working as a team. You’ll have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment and have knowledge of food handling, hygiene and allergen awareness.

You’ll work well in a fast paced environment, have excellent analytical skills and a desire to excel by turning your excellent product knowledge to operational results. You’ll have the confidence to make bold decisions safely to ensure the performance of our team and our business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.06 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
