An established packaging company based in Lancaster are looking for an enthusiastic and career-driven Telemarketing Assistant to bring energy to the team and play a vital role in the sales process.

You will become the brand ambassador to promote the full product range to customers as well as being the gate keeper for the sales team to win new clients.

- Confidence with a lovely telephone manner
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**What you’ll be doing.**
- Using warm leads to call key decision makers and promote the company’s product offering
- Working closely with the account managers and business development managers to source new business opportunities
- Keeping on top of market trends and competitor activity
- Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in existing and prospecting businesses
- Being brand ambassador to promote the full range of products to customers
- Logging calls in detail to ensure internal stakeholders have visibility on all activity
