We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our ever-growing team, to providing administrative support on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities Include:
1. Processing of compliance paperwork specific to apprenticeship programmes.

2. Data input and management across a range of systems.

4. Engagement with training delivery team and planning/coordination of training and assessment activity.

5. Engagement with employers and learners to cover administrative requirements.

6. IT User management across corporate devices and networks.

**Person Specification**:

- Recognised industry qualification or experience within the FE sector
- Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms)
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective time management
- Attention to detail and data input/modelling skills
- Self-motivated/disciplined

Desirable:

- Understanding of modern apprenticeships, Ofsted and the ESFA
- Familiarity with MIS-PICS or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full Time, Permanent. Office Based

Starting salary: £23,000 Full Time, rising to £25,000 Full Time after successful completion of probation period (approximately 6 months)
