**Production Operative (Laminating) - Temp to Perm**

**PLENTY OF OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE**

A great opportunity to gain permanent employment with a leading privately owned manufacturer in Hull who employs over 600 staff. Due to continued growth and investment, they require Production Operatives within their **GRP Finishing** department.

**Location**: East Hull, HU9

**Hours**:40 hours per week - 6.00am - 15.00pm, Friday 06:00am - 12:30pm

**Salary**: £10.25p/h increases as you gain experience

**Overtime**: 1.5 x salary

**The Role**:

- Repairing and finishing all product lines
- Finishing gel coat by hand using a variety of tools
- Completing large and small repairs using gel and fibreglass
- Working to standard operating procedures ensuring product quality is always maintained
- Work with quality control to ensure that parts that are being manufactured effectively, to drawings and the specification required

**The Person**:

- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Competent at using the tools
- Good team player and an excellent communicator
- Experience or the ability to work with gels and/or GRP Components
- Experience of working to high quality standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and product specifications

This role is working for a fantastic company, with plenty of overtime available and the opportunity to be taken on permanently after 12 weeks
