**QHSE Lead**

**Established for over 40 years and one of the largest signage companies in the UK, Nuneaton Signs have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated dynamic QHSE Lead. You will be responsible for all things quality, health, safety and environmental, and creating a safe environment for each other in a fully supportive workplace, where everyone has the chance to thrive.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide key Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental support
- Conduct audits: Compliance, process, product and supplier.
- Host audits: Accreditation and customer.
- Lead investigations: Customer complaints, internal, supplier, accidents and near misses.
- Risk assessments
- Creation of Safe Systems of Work.
- Host meetings: Quality, Health, Safety & Environment.
- Maintain/assist: Legal register, COSHH compliance, KPIs, notice boards, policies and improvement program.
- Completion of non-conformance reports.
- Completion of customer questionnaires.
- QHSE inductions.
- Provide QHSE training.
- Create QHSE reports.
- Provide QHSE cover in the absence of the Group QHSE Manager.
- Training of personnel related to QHSE.
