Due to expansion and acquisition of some new long term contracts in the Bath and Bristol areas they are looking for Fire Risk Assessors to join their team. They are working with local authorities and social housing.

The software the Fire Risk Assessors use is an innovative piece of technology that streamlines the process and prevents mistakes; allowing you to complete Fire Risk Assessments without compromising on quality.

Flexible hybrid working allows for a good work life balance and positive culture. Work is allocated carefully to ensure the Fire Risk Assessors are not overwhelmed and happy with the work stream,

Two Days on site and three days working from home, if all work is completed by Thursday then you are able to take Fridays off,

**Fire Risk Assessor Role**
- You will be expected to carry out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments on Blocks of Flats.
- Complete In depth reports
- Follow current fire legislations and guidelines
- Identify Fire and H&S hazards and potential life risks
- Collaborate with Internal and external stakeholders

**Fire Risk Assessor Specification**
- Minimum 3 years experience in Fire Risk Assessments or Fire Inspections
- Minimum NEBOSH Fire
- Ideally Level 4 in Fire
- The higher the qualification / experience in Fire Risk Assessments the higher the salary
- Member of IFE, IFSM or other accretided body in Fire

**Fire Risk Assessor - Remuneration and package**
- £50,000 (increases with service)
- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
- Pension
- Fridays off if all work completed by Thursday
- 45p Per mile
- Expenses covered such as hotels (if necessary)
- Further CPD and Training

(Fire Risk Assessor, Fire Consultant, Fire Risk Consultant, Fire Safety Advisor, Fire Inspection, Fire Inspector)

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
