Do you have a level 3 or above?
- Management experience in a Children's Residential Setting?
- Full drivers licence and access to a car?
- Excellent report writing skills?
- Experience of working to Ofsted regulations?
- (Level 5 NVQ - Not essential)
- (Experience carrying out Regulation 44 Visits - Not essential)

If you answered yes...then this may be the role for you

- Focusing visits to ensure that the home is supporting children to enjoy and achieve
- Ensuring that the home has a good approach to behaviour management
- Examining n records and missing person records to ensure stability and provides a safe, secure and caring setting
- Carrying out private interviews with young people and where appropriate families (staff will also be interviewed privately)
- Writing full comprehensive reports on the conduct of the home and made made available to HMCI and management to the home.
