We are a busy and growing team where the maintenance of our high level of service is paramount. Even though, we are investing and looking after client money, within the Quilter Cheviot way, this investment assistant role is varied and there is enough scope to make it your own. You will be working with several investment managers and as such being adaptable and flexible will be a huge advantage. Our clients and introducers expect efficiency and transparent outcomes and these need to be provided within the corporate and compliance framework. There will be plenty of training and supervision on hand yet due to the demands of the job a person with the diligence and confidence to complete tasks and projects on their own will be an advantage.

As an Investment Administrator you’ll be part of a team to assist in the production of investment proposals.
You’ll be working very closely with our clients and their agents to provide the best service with information and reports regarding their portfolio, which necessitates close relationship building with our stakeholders whether that be internally or externally.
You’ll be required to assist in the distributions of valuations and tax packs for the team’s client base and process client payments.
As your role is central within the team you’ll also be assisting in the general administration, these duties are varied daily but usually consists of answering the phones, preparing PowerPoint presentations, preparing suitability letters and maintenance of suitability affirmations.

To be successful in this role you’ll be an independent worker and thinker who needs minimum support in areas such as Microsoft Office Suite.
