Senior Sous Chef

The owner of a busy gastro pub located in Llandudno is seeking a **Senior Sous Chef** to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen at the property. The pub offers both lunch time and evening dining consisting of menus with frequently changingseasonal dishes prepared from the best of fresh local Welsh produce. The pub has a great reputation and is extremely busy with both locals and tourists, as Senior Sous Chef you will be expected to ensure that this reputation is maintained. As this is a busyproperty with a small team this role is very 'hands on' and you will have an input on the menus and be covering for the head chef in their absence.

**Requirements**:
This would be an ideal role for a Sous Chef who has been working in respected volume fresh food pubs where you were cooking gastro style pub meals. The ability to work well under pressure with knowledge of all sections in the kitchen when leading a teamis essential.
