Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ecommerce specialist to join our team with prior experience of eBay and other channels.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising our sales channels, ensuring seamless customer experience, fixing operation inefficiencies and help driving revenue growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer service, ecommerce platforms and data analysis.

**Duties**:

- Management of ecommerce channels including sales, orders and inventory management
- Ensure operational smoothness and running of the marketplace and sales channels.
- Answer and direct sales/customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, sales performance, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with data entry, filing and record keeping.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
- Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing information
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels are accurate and products are available for sale

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related role
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
