**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and providing assistance with their purchases
- Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Merchandising products and ensuring product displays are visually appealing
- Tracking inventory levels and placing orders for new merchandise
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Contributing to a positive and fun work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail sales role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
