Construction Cleaner

We operate in the east and west of Scotland.
**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out a range of cleaning tasks in construction sites, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of surfaces and equipment
- Remove and dispose of construction debris, such as scrap materials and packaging, in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize surfaces
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or damages to the supervisor
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to cleaning tasks
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Driving Licence (required)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
