The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. You are honest and transparent when it comes to building relationships with customers, giving them the “wow” experience throughout the service and repair of their vehicle.
We are offering a £30,500 basic salary with an OTE of £33,000 plus company benefits.
Primarily, you will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping them informed. As our potential Service Advisor, you would act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Exeprience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry is essential for you to be considered
Working as part of a close-knit team you will help each other to candidly advise customers on their repair and service time frames. You will be involved in upselling additional products and achieving targets.
