**Industrial Door Maintenance Administrator**
Cooks Repairs & Maintenance department are looking for a new member to join our team. This is an opportunity to work within a small, fun and friendly team working mainly within the industrial/commercial sector.
Duties will include but not necessarily limited to;
Taking calls from domestic, trade, retail customers and suppliers, booking work for teams of engineers, ordering parts, access equipment, and processing worksheets. Polite and professional telephone manner essential, preferably good geographical knowledge of the East Anglia region.
Must also possess the ability to work well under pressure, the office can be extremely busy and sometimes quite noisy, particularly during the winter months.
Full system training will be provided. Good written and spoken English essential, as is experience of Microsoft Office.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
**Job Type**: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
**1.** **Reporting**
- This position reports to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager
**2.** **Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the department maintenance administration and planning
- Will be required at times to work independently using own initiative
- Understand safe working practices and health and safety regulations within the work environment
- Understand safety requirements of an industrial door
- Any other reasonable task that is given to them
**3.** **Minimum Skills & Experience**
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong administrative skills (detail aware, methodological, getting it right first time)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Practical and technical skills
- Ability in Mathematics, English & and IT
- Team Player must have a clear understanding of the importance of teamwork
- Ability to manage a varied workload
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communicator
- Clean and presentable
- Data entry experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of working within a customer service environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,969.00-£24,000.00 per year
