Pirtek Greenwich currently have a vacancy for a part time credit controller.

Working days are Monday Wednesday & Thursday 5 hours per day & the salary will be £14 p/h.

Two days are to be based at home & one day in the office in Greenwich.

Key functions & responsibilities
Skills & competencies
Credit control and pro-active ledger management
Allocations of monies received to invoices
Maintain accounts within agreed credit limits and aged debt requirements
Ensure accounts are paid within agreed terms
Deal with internal staff and clients to resolve queries through to client payment
Dealing with solicitors in respect of seriously overdue accounts
Producing reports needed by Directors
Sending out monthly statements
Raising & inputting of credit notes
Inputting & allocation of cash
Account opening for new customers
