**Position Summary**:
The Diaceutics business model is one that synergizes multiple inputs and research data streams to guide pharmaceutical clients in precision medicine and diagnostic strategy.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Specialist to drive the development of our Scientific and Medical Services portfolio. As a Product Specialist, you will play an important role in continuoesly refining current products and services as well as shaping the future portfolio in the Scientific and Medical Services Department. It is a highly cross-functional role ensuring progress and contributing to Diaceutics growth and success.

The role is multifaceted and will require strategic thinking and planning as well as tactical execution. The success of the role relies on extensive networking internally to be the source of knowledge and expertise as well as enthusiastic collaborator to join dots within Diaceutics. Networking externally, establishing relationships with key clients and industry leaders in precision medicine is key.

The individual will be highly skilled in identifying needs and requirements of pharmaceutical clients and convert these into refinement of current and development of new services solutions.

The role reports directly to VP Scientific and Advisory Services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Propose and drive development of new products and services for Scientific and Medical Services Department to meet our clients’ ever-evolving needs

Own the development of the departmental product roadmap in collaboration with the broader team.

Represent the Scientific and Medical Services product roadmap in cross functional settings to implement and ensure priority

Maintain a thorough appreciation of Diaceutics clients’ business and strategies and propose solutions to add value for both current and future requirements.

Have a continuous focus on customers, competitors and market trends to best refine current portfolio and shape new products and services

Be the SME representing Scientific and Medical Services within the business

Work closely with Product Marketing to translate product roadmap into new product offering with the appropriate product strategy, messaging/value proposition and sales support to ensure commercial success

Represent Scientific and Medical Services in Diaceutics’ Product Steering Group.

Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, engineering, and other departments to deliver successful product and service releases

Input relevant SME insights for the creation of marketing and sales support materials

Effectively train the organization in new product and service updates

Be the champion of deep understanding of the customer needs in Scientific and Medical Services. Understand the unmet need and transform that to product specifications.

Lead the collation and proactively gather client feedback on products and services, ensuring the insights are integrated into product and marketing plans.

Demonstrate a client centric mindset

Drive change with a good understanding for priority and a sense of urgency

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in precision medicine

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Ability**:

- Ability to understand clients critical scientific challenges and market trends to inform future direction of the Scientific and Medical Solutions portfolio

Understanding of lab environment and technology, biomarker testing and product solutions throughout the patient diagnostic journey

Experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences, specifically precision medicine, with a focus on working directly with strategic leaders to drive business performance.

Change management skill and ability to both embrace and manage work in a fast growing, fast-paced environment

A self-starter, with a positive attitude and outlook

Ability to take ownership of an issue and see things through to the end

Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels with the ability to establish and ma
