Handle With Care is a domiciliary care company based in Bromsgrove which provides home care services for the elderly and disabled in all areas of Redditch and Bromagrove areas

We take pride in offering a highly professional Domiciliary Care Service for the elderly, and vulnerable individuals, We provide personal care to service users in their own homes who require such support in order to remain independent.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Care Workers living ocally to join our care team in working the community

**Benefits include**:

- Pay range from **£11.50 to £13.00 per hour**:

- Paid Mileage **35p per mile**:

- Flexible shifts: work full time / part time, mornings, or evenings and alternate weekends. This role can be fitted around your own commitments.

- Experience preferred but not essential

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Drivers license essential with own vehicle
- Ability to work in the UK is a must
- Must live locally to bromsgrove and Redditch areas
- Good spoken and written English is essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients in their home and look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centred approach
- Observe and promote the Client’s human rights and the principles outlined in the health and social care standards
- Adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and HWC’s policies, procedures and guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
