The Role: In this role you will be managing the day-to-day Digital Marketing campaigns and activities, across Affiliates, Media Partnerships and Display. You will nurture andmanage relationships with our Affiliate network, Global Media Agency and direct relationships with some Publishers and Media Partners, to help drive growth and success for our brand. This role will support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with implementingthe strategic plans and campaigns across the key channels. Hybrid working applies to this role, meaning you can work 50% of your time from our beautiful office in Kensington and 50% of your time from home. Duties & Responsibilities: Affiliate Marketing - Manageday-to-day relationships with key network partners, and help develop best in class weekly, monthly and seasonal plans to drive performance. - Brief required content to our in-house creative team and oversee delivery to all Affiliate partners. - Support SeniorDigital Marketing Manager on budget management, ensuring that spend is accurately recorded and reconciled. - Support in the growth of the Affiliate channel, hitting key KPIs and ensuring a mix of strong content and commercial partners. - Work with the Affiliatenetwork on growth opportunities, identifying new potential partners to onboard. - Manage the monthly Affiliate returns process. - Track/monitor campaigns, reporting on results weekly, monthly, quarterly. Display - Support the Senior Digital Marketing Managerwith paid display / video advertising where relevant to marketing campaigns. - Liaise with the content team to ensure videos and activities are supported with paid advertising. - Work closely with the Marketing team and global agency to support on key campaignmoments. - Help support on the implementation of display campaigns, brief in-house creative team and oversee delivery of still and video assets globally. - Create UTM tracked links for display activity. - Report on any display campaigns to the wider business.Media Partnerships - Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with managing and developing paid media partnerships globally. - Help manage direct relationships with our key partners and work on an always on approach to this activity. - Work closely withthe Digital Trading Team, ensuring an aligned approach with each partner. - Brief required content to in-house creative team and oversee delivery to all media partners. - Support Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the growth of the media partnerships andhitting key KPIs. - Report on any media partnerships to the wider business. Brand: - Understand and demonstrate the Mulberry employee values and behaviours: Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open, Be Responsible. - Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture,through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues. - Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.Skills & Experience Required: - Minimum of 1-2 years' experience running digital marketing campaigns in house or at an agency. - Experience of hands-on campaign implementation and optimization is essential. - Web analytics / platform reporting experience.- Proficient in Affiliate networks. - Excellent communications skills. - Strong knowledge of Excel. - Confident in reporting campaign results back to a wider team. - Excellent awareness coupled with a passion for digital marketing and the technology landscape.- Ability to take the initiative and be proactive, anticipating problems and offering effective solutions. - Flexible and able to adapt to change. - A high level attention to detail essential. - Ability to build strong internal and external relationships andinteract with people at all levels. - A collaborative and diplomatic team player who is well-organised and efficient with strong planning and prioritising capabilities and has the ability to work to multiple, competing deadlines. - Enthusiastic about the Mulberrybrand and its innovative approach to digital. - Happy to have a "hands on" approach to working across a wide variety of ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy digital environment.
