**Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Manual Pick System (Chilled Environment)**

Days: 06:00 Start - Monday to Friday

**Position: Warehouse Operative - Manual Pick System (Chilled Environment)**

**Location: Leamington**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a manual pick system to accurately and efficiently pick orders for shipment.
- Operate within a chilled environment, ensuring adherence to temperature control protocols.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet trucks to move and handle products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a chilled environment for extended periods.
- Experience with manual pick systems and basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Good physical condition, as the role involves lifting and moving products.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
