Maintenance Supervisor

**Location: Uttoxeter/Rocester; ST14 5JP**
**Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am - 18:00 pm**

As our Maintenance Supervisor you will be supervising and working along side the maintenance team, maintaining and cleaning paint booths. This job entails forklift driving, working in confined spaces, working at heights, working on Mewps, ensuring the correct paper work is filled in, in a timely matter. All safety equipment is checked.

**What will you be doing?**
- Carry out all cleaning tasks as detailed by your work schedule, to agreed standards
- Carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene
- Correct use of hazardous chemicals and machinery, where applicable
- Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately to your supervisor
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Tasks may vary to suit the needs of the business

- Managers and supervisors will be responsible for training of new staff and supporting with competency assessments and return to works

**Who are we looking for?**

Our Cleaning Teams are the backbone of our entire cleaning service. They keep our sites spick and span, our clients happy and uphold our high-quality standards. Working alone or as part of a team they’re responsible for general cleaning duties and (depending on location) may use cleaning machinery and work with PPE to get the job done.
- Cleaning experience would be preferred, but full training is provided
- Comfortable working alone and in a team
- Some roles will require you to be comfortable working in confined spaces, working at heights, production critical work which could include paint booths and shot blasts for example. Our recruiter can advise you of this during the recruitment process
