Bodyshop Estimator

We are looking for a enthusiastic Bodyshop Estimator/Controller for our accident repair centre.

You will be responsible for this well-established centre and your key objective will be to drive the performance of the bodyshop department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all targets are achieved. You will be responsible for**:Overseeing all Bodyshop repair work for the centre. ** Negotiating with assessors and individuals to obtain the best price possible for every given estimate. **Ensuring appropriate PPE is used at all times. ** Maintaining a thorough and current product knowledge **Assist in the training of Technicians as required. ** Presenting invoices for payment by customer, providing an explanation of charges where required. **Having an overall responsibility for the quality of work, including final Q.C. on all vehicles prior to handover. ** Complying with the rules and procedures of any association or professional body to which the Company and/or you may from time to time belong. **Ensuring safe working practices are followed and the provisions of Health & Safety legislation are complied with. ** Recruiting, training and developing staff as necessary. Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
