Cafe Manager

Exciting opportunity to take hands on ownership for the development of our client Farm Cafe & Tea Rooms at Church Farm Ardeley.

To be successful in this role you will have previous work experience within hospitality. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Your role be to help increase profitability, boost customer engagement andturn their cafe into a favourite local spot.

They are looking for someone who can:

- Take full ownership of the Farm Cafe & Tea Rooms; Ensuring the day-to-day basic practices are maintained at all times including coffee and food quality, financial accountability, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices;
- Constantly inspire and lead your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations & standards high;
- Make sure your team are serving absolutely superb coffee and food from the farm;
- Coach & develop your team.
- Drive profitable innovation.
- Run things hands on yourself during quiet periods as well as manage a team during busier days.
- People-focused and care about creating a positive environment for your customers & your team;
- Personable and proactive with a warm personality;
