**Projects Administrator**

Our Projects team are tasked with managing the smooth and efficient installation/commissioning of BEMS Projects throughout the region. Our key purpose is to maximise the successful delivery of new and upgrading existing BEMS projects to our clients. This role is to support the branch projects department (with technical training provided) and also work alongside other administration support roles within the Leeds Branch office.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Effectively work with the Leeds sales, projects and management team to carry out and provide all activities from order stage to handover.
- Assist in all aspects of the delivery and forecasting/reporting as required meeting all company standards.
- Ensure all documentation, T&Cs and standard obligations are met in every instance.
- Proactively communicate with individual customers to ensure we deliver in a timely manner and meet all customer expectations.
- Assist the team in daily and weekly activities and reports along with customer satisfaction surveys and feedback results.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have;
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
- A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast paced office environment.
- Be competent using Microsoft packages and an ability to pick up new IT systems.
- Knowledge of current sales/delivery processes
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
