**Property Re-Let Operative**

Our client is a leading property services company that specialise in the clearance and protection of domestic and commercial buildings.

We are recruiting a Property Re-Let Operatives to carry out the following duties and responsibilities to include (not limited to)
- Clearance and cleaning of void properties in preparation for re-letting.
- Clearing and moving of items that may have been left in the property and emptying into skips & bins.
- Cleaning of general rubbish/waste within/around the property i.e., inside rooms & garden space
- Securing of the properties i.e., boarding up of doors & windows, leaving the property in safe & secure state.

**Need To Know & Essential Requirements**
- £11.94 per hour.
- 0800 - 1700
- Driving License is **essential** as this position will be mobile based carrying out the above stated duties to varying properties within the Birkenhead area.
- A clean driving license is preferred.
- Ideally possess experience of the works listed above although consideration will be given to similar type of experience and working environments as a keen/hard working attitude is essential.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.94 per hour

- Birkenhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
