The role will involve supporting community members to take ownership of developing health and wellbeing resources, and the coordination and production of a community directory.

You will contribute towards the delivery of the CRT’s strategy, Yorkshire delivery plan by supporting CRT activities such as events, one to ones, workshops that respond to the challenges that exist in Airedale; linking local people to existing support available and other organisations.

The role is an essential part of this programme and will be required to maintain quality standards, comply with our internal systems and processes and work with the Development Manager - CRT Engage to review the effectiveness of the programme in response to community need.

This role will involve remote working.

**Organisation Profile**

The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is Britain’s leading regeneration agency dedicated to Coalfield Communities. Since 1999, we have awarded over £100 million in grants. However, we are far more than a grant maker and we are increasingly taking a pro-active approach to developing and investing in strategic programmes to address regeneration issues. In fact, CRT has always prided itself as being more than a funder often supporting groups and communities in ways that do not involve grant funding such as training, facilitation, mentoring, advising, supporting, brokering and being a trusted friend. CRT has a constituency of supporting communities, groups and partners which places it in a unique position to help communities develop community regeneration projects.
