A leading independent agent is looking for an experienced lettings Property Manager to join heir existing team covering the Guildford area.

You will need to have already gained expertise within the Property Management field and be able to demonstrate and realise the responsibilities of the position from the get-go.

You will need to be enthusiastic and organised with a high level of proficiency in administrative and database skills, along with being hard-working and comfortable with negotiating the best deals for your clients and the business.

If you are comfortable with managing a property portfolio and able to react professionally and effectively for all involved from maintenance issues, handling deposit returns and being able to deal with and prevent complaints being escalated, then we wouldcertainly love to hear from you.

For your efforts you will be provided with a competitive package with a basic salary in the region of £24,000 depending on experience, performance bonuses and car allowance.
