- Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant - behaviour mentor who is hunting for a long-term role in a primary school?_

**Requirements**:

- A degree or relevant qualifications in Education, Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Drama, or Performing Arts or related field
- Previous experience in a PRU/similar setting is desired (not essential)
- Experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting (desirable, not essential)
- Has previous experience and a passion for working with children with behavioural needs
- Has excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
