**Female Support Worker**

**Sheffield - Day Centre / Outreach**

**30 hours per week**

**Competitive rate of pay at £9.50 per hour**

**The role**

Are you crafty or into dancing, lively and like spending time in the community? Or maybe you have another interest or hobby you could share with others? We are looking for support workers to work across our services which include, supported living, outreach and day services.

We encourage the individuals we support to make their own choices, so whilst some may like the routine of set activities each day, others may prefer to be more spontaneous. As part of the role you will may be required to assist with the use of a wheelchair.

Activities range from going out for walks, visiting parks, going to church, out for meals, bowling, cinema and shopping. In addition you will support people with domestic activities, budgeting guidance, emotional support, and attendance to medical appointments.

Typical hours of work are between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

**An enhanced DBS is required for this role.**
