Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our wonderful team here at the Hooting Owl

Minimum 1 year of supervising/keyholding required.

**What we want from you**:

- Confidence in leading a team of awesome bar and floor staff to success
- Being a responsible, committed person who is serious about hospitality as a career
- Trustworthiness around cash handling and key holding duties
- Readiness to deal with customer complaints (and knowing how to avoid getting them)
- Product knowledge, including beer/cask/cellar management skills
- Ability to train and teach with patience
- High standards around hygiene/food safety
- Willingness to jump on the floor or the bar, and be wherever is most beneficial for the team
- An eye for detail and the knowledge that the small stuff does really matter
