**Main Purpose**
- To provide a full sales administration service to Private Label customers.
- To work with all other departments to maintain and improve service levels for all Private Label customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To develop a good working relationship with Reabrook Private Label (RPL) customers to promote RPL sales.
- To provide full customer service for allocated RPL accounts which will include processing of sales orders and supplying customer order acknowledgment. Ensuring the correct pricing of goods, that customer orders are planned, and the expected time of manufacture and dispatch is communicated to the customer and that queries, complaints or concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- To ensure new accounts are correctly processed onto the system.
- To ensure that new products are progressing through internal systems checking that componentry and materials are available as required. To ensure that planning and purchasing are aware of customer due dates and priorities.
- To ensure that the Reabrook order book is kept up to date. To move forward any orders that cannot achieve a production, invoicing and dispatch date for the current month and to clear outstanding orders. This should include those where remaining production quantities are not viable to manufacture or where their supply date has become historic.
- Supply customers with information, reports and documentation, as agreed with the customer, in an efficient manner and to agreed timeframes.
- To raise purchase orders for customer supplied components and raw materials, to ensure goods are delivered in suitable time for production and that the goods are booked into stock correctly.
- To work with technical and production to ensure that customer samples are dispatched for approval.
- To liaise with the warehouse on dispatch of finished goods and make bookings into customer delivery points.
- To update customer price lists.
- To be responsible for actioning adjustments such as credits, additional invoices and recharges to the customer and accurately providing detail as to the adjustment reasons.
- To liaise with RPL Account Managers and advise them of any concerns, delays which will impact on the service provided to the customer.
- To comply with all company policies and procedures and ensure that all team members also conform to company policies and procedures and ensure measures are taken to maintain all company accreditations.
- To carry out all other such duties as might reasonably be requested by the Sales Administration & Planning Manager.
- To cover reception when needed in the absence of the Receptionist.

**Hours - Monday to Thursday 08.30- 17.00 Friday 08.30 - 14.00 - 37 hours per week**
