Cover Supervisors Wanted for Daily Cover in Cambridgeshire

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work for our client schools in Cambridgeshire on a daily cover basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the education sector or those seeking a flexible work schedule.
- Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage student behavior in the classroom during the absence of a teacher
- Deliver prepared lessons to classes in the absence of a teacher
- Assist with classroom management, including handing out and collecting materials
- Utilize classroom technology and materials in accordance with teacher instructions
- Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong behavior management skills
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow lesson plans and manage classroom dynamics effectively

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
