Print Operator

I am currently looking to recruit a well-motivated Support Specialist (Advnaced) to deliver an exceptional customer service by offering a proactive print and docucare service to our client.

This is a home working role with visit to site once a week.

Key Requirements of Role:

- To deliver an efficient and responsive print service to the customer, and continually work to achieve completed production within customer deadlines, meeting agreed SLA's and customer satisfaction.
- To build relationships with users, manage their expectations, and resolve immediate/simple operational problems to consistently delivery best-in-class customer service levels.
- To ensure all requests are logged. and to action any reasonable request from the Contract Manager so that business needs and client expectations are met and exceeded where possible.

A pro-active, open-minded team player, you will be a logical and analytical thinker with good organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), exceptional customer service skills, and an ability to demonstrate commitment and flexibility at all times.

As part of this role you will be expected to cover at Concept Clydebank as a base, but may be required to travel to other locations
