Part Time Accounts Administrator

**Part Time Accounts Administrator, 24 hours a week, Hybrid working, c£26000 pro rata, Farnborough**
This is permanent part time job working c24 hours a week split across 5 days (the client may also consider 3 full days) and will see you providing Accounts and Sales Admin support to the finance function.
Reporting to the Accountant in this friendly and supportive team, as part time Accounts Assistant, your varied duties will include:
**Finance Administration**
Assisting in the processing of staff expense claims on Concur.
Importing and inputting documentation into the Accounts Package ahead of month-end.
Sales & purchase invoices, bank payments & receipts, journals etc.
Issuing customer statements and supplier remittance advices.
Managing purchases through the procurement app and adding purchase invoices for approval.
Checking stock entries are properly recorded.
Other finance and administration tasks as required.
**Sales Administration**
Processing the contents of the Department Inbox.
Adding purchase invoices to the system.
Liaising with the Sales Order Processing team and the Logistics departments to ensure that any queries are satisfactorily resolved.
Collecting and uploading documents into the database.
Preparation of Sales Invoices.
**Essential Skills/Experience**
At least 2 years experience in a finance role.
Used to working with Excel and other software.
This role could suit an AAT qualified or studier.
Good attention to detail.
Organised, team player.
Confident communicator.
